More than a movie
Experience imagery via the big screen
Cinema-
Crok ciné is a non-profit association dedicated to using movies as a tool for cultural and artistic expression.
Our short film screenings are followed by cultural and artistic activities.
The Crok ciné team present short art films from a wide range of genres and formats: animation, fiction, documentaries, with or without dialogue, French and international, with rich and varied aesthetics and contents, presenting a vision, a point of view, a mirror image and a poetic, realistic, or imaginary richness.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Original, artistic worlds, as well as movies with poetic, lively, gentle and/or offbeat content.
WE CREATE
Custom programs focusing on short movies about modern societal issues.
WE ORGANIZE
Creative, diverse, and personalized workshops following our showings.
Our Mission
Experience imagery via the big screen.
Develop critical thinking skills.
Art and culture are not only a part of someone's education, they are part of the mental health of every individual. This must be addressed to all in order to form enlightened, respectful, confident citizens and build a responsible, able society.
In our times of essential ecological and social transitions, this is more important than ever. Social diversity is something we must work on in order to achieve this ideal.
Building individual self-esteem and getting to know each-other is the key to ending all forms of violence.
Diversity is at the heart of Crok ciné's actions.
All our short films tackle a wide range of contemporary, societal and environmental issues, for all audiences and all ages.
